Gorlanova (Cheboksary, Russia) aka Elena Chebahuyk (Kazan, Russia)I am a 48 year old American gentleman who was too trusting and a perfect mark for this Russian Scammer. She asked me for money for computer time at an internet cafe, her passport and visa, and for her airline tickets. When I told her that I wanted to book her airline tickets, she told me that she had signed a contract with her travel agent for airfare in order to obtain her passport and visa through her travel agency. She emailed me her flight itinery and never arrived at her destination airport. After a week, I received an email from someone claiming to be a friend of Elena, telling me she was injured in Moscow and was in the hospital and needed an expensive surgery. At this point she already had $4000.00 that I sent to her by western union. Since she had my money, I told whoever it was that was emailing me to consider th money that I had already sent to Elena as my contribution to her cost of surgery. After a month, Elena started sending me emails again and told me she was ready again to travel to America and it started all over again, this time for $3000.00. On the day before she was due to depart Russia, I get an email from someone claiming to be her friend, telling me that Elena had been injurred in Moscow and needed expensive surgery. I ended everything at this point. Mark Edwards. Yes you are right it simply larceny of your money I not so long ago Elena has found out about it all has well thought up and against my will has involved me in it but I did not want it forgive of me for all that has taken place with you but understand me correctly I did not want so to act! |
